Leave behind the routine of your hotel and immerse yourself in the desert with a quad and ATV ride that combines adventure, camel riding, and breathtaking Red Sea views. This is not a racing activity but a guided journey designed for thrill, safety, and cultural touches, making it one of the most popular desert experiences in Hurghada. With flexible departure times, multiple transfer choices, and add-ons, the tour suits every type of traveler.

Your trip begins with either a shared transfer from your hotel or by meeting directly at the quad base if you choose the entry ticket. Travel time varies depending on location: about 25–30 minutes from Makadi Bay or Sahl Hasheesh, 40–45 minutes from Hurghada, and up to an hour from El Gouna, Al Ahyaa, Soma Bay, or Safaga. Private transfers can also be added for those who prefer a quicker and more comfortable ride. It is recommended to bring only essentials and leave valuables safely at your hotel.

At the quad base, the team provides a safety introduction and a short driving test so every rider feels confident before departure. Drivers must be at least 16 years old, and reckless driving is not permitted. Once ready, you will set off on a two-hour desert ride, crossing sandy plains, valleys, and dunes, with stops along the way for photos and to enjoy wide views stretching from the mountains to the Red Sea coast.

Every tour also includes a short camel ride of about five minutes, giving you the chance to take photos and experience this traditional desert transport. Guests who want to extend their camel experience can choose a 30-minute upgrade.

Several options are available to suit your preference. The 2H Quad Bike — Without Transfer (Entry Ticket Only) is perfect for independent travelers who prefer to make their own way. Guests staying in Hurghada, Makadi Bay, or Sahl Hasheesh can select the 2H Quad Bike with shared transfer, while those staying in Al Ahyaa, El Gouna, Soma Bay, or Safaga can enjoy the same two-hour adventure with pickup from their resort.

For guests who like to start early, the 5:00 AM sunrise program is available and offers the only tour that includes a traditional Oriental breakfast. To enjoy this feature, be sure to select the sunrise departure when booking.

The 1H Quad + 1H Horse — Special Combo Tour is another unique choice, offered early morning across all locations. It blends one hour of quad biking with one hour of horseback riding, allowing you to mix speed with tradition while the desert air is cool.

Evening guests may prefer the 2H Quad Bike — Stargazing, Dinner & Show, where a sunset ride is followed by an Oriental dinner, live entertainment, and stargazing under the clear desert night sky.
