📄 Terms and Conditions – Deep Blue Divers

1. Booking & Reservations

All diving, snorkeling, and tour activities must be reserved in advance.
A booking is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation from our team via WhatsApp, email, or official communication channels.

Deep Blue Divers reserves the right to refuse service without explanation if safety, health, or operational reasons require it.


2. Payments

Prices may be listed in EUR, USD, or local currency.

Full or partial payment may be required before the activity date.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.


3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a guest cancels:

  • More than 48 hours before → possible refund or reschedule.

  • Less than 48 hours → deposit may be non-refundable.

  • No-show → no refund.

If Deep Blue Divers cancels due to weather, coast guard instructions, or safety conditions, clients will be offered a new date or refund.


4. Medical & Fitness to Dive

Guests must confirm they are medically fit for diving and snorkeling.

Participants may be required to complete a medical questionnaire.
If any medical condition exists, written doctor approval may be necessary.

The company may deny participation if safety is in doubt.


5. Responsibility & Risk Acknowledgment

Diving and marine activities involve inherent risks.

By booking, participants accept responsibility and agree to follow instructor and crew directions at all times.

Failure to follow safety rules may result in cancellation of the dive without refund.


6. Changes to Itinerary

Trip locations and schedules may change due to:

  • weather

  • sea conditions

  • government regulations

  • operational needs

Safety always comes first.


7. Equipment

Guests are responsible for rented equipment during use.
Lost or severely damaged equipment may require compensation.


8. Marine Life & Environment

Touching, standing on coral, or disturbing marine life is strictly prohibited.

We follow environmental protection regulations of the Red Sea.


9. Photos & Media

Photos or videos taken during trips may be used for marketing unless a guest requests otherwise in writing.


10. Liability Limitation

Deep Blue Divers is not responsible for:

  • personal loss

  • theft

  • damage to belongings

  • incidents outside company control


11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any service, the guest confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
